Yes, I know this policy of Tata Sky. I made a post with hope maybe there is some trick to avail such package. In Dish TV we can avail HD channels only with 99 Rs Sawagat package

There is no trick for it. Yes Dish TV & ADTV allows all HD channels with 99 rs pack.

I have a question. In Disney chanel I am observing signal quality is below 10. But the picture quality is very good and no problem is audio either. Is this normal? (I do watch Doraemon regularly,so this chanel is very important to me.)

No problem if you're getting a good signal strength. I'm getting 30 in this channel. Just now checked.
