I have a question. In Disney chanel I am observing signal quality is below 10. But the picture quality is very good and no problem is audio either. Is this normal? (I do watch Doraemon regularly,so this chanel is very important to me.)

I am getting Signal Strength 60% and Signal Quality 40-50%

Signal quality 40-50% is very good. I am getting around 10. But no issues in viewing. If problem arises,will call the the TS engineer to pay a visit.

Yes. That is because in Technicolor STB the signal levels are mapped by CNR, and in Humax HEVC its mapped by BER.

In coming days Humax HEVC will get CNR

Yes. I have seen. It happens if there is a banner/scroll or some interactive feature on the channel from Tata Sky end
