Those are RCA cable. So what issue you are facing?

No issues, but I feel sound has reduced a bit compared to Airtel, and TataSky engineer told to change the cable, I think he may be referring to the optical cable. Will it be available in our electric shops or need to be ordered online ?

If you need it, order the Amazon basics optical cable. It's very good.
