No issues, but I feel sound has reduced a bit compared to Airtel, and TataSky engineer told to change the cable, I think he may be referring to the optical cable. Will it be available in our electric shops or need to be ordered online ?

Please make sure your HT is compatible with optical cable. If you're not sure, you can share HT details here.
