Exchange works exactly like that. Dish won't be replaced. Only old STB will be replaced with new STB. Subscriber ID will remain same.

I can not record simultaneously with my transfer box .when I select universal lnb mode then all channels has come but can not record properly. But when select super lnb mode .many channels not coming but can record simultaneous 3 channels at a time. My lnb is small universal type.is it lnb problem???? Please help me bapun bro.

If you don't have a super LNB, how can you configure your sob to work in that mode. Can you please clarify a little?
