I can not find any multi delete option where I can go all programme delete at a click

Now All Channels are not showing...just showing ,Black screen with message : "call to 1860 XXX ( TATA SKY CC)" ..thats it.whats going on..

In Tata sky app under make my hd I get all channels to subscribe. I am in south special pack, if I subscribe to star sports hd 1 which is not part of the pack will I get the channel?
