Super LNB is a better quality LNB that has more stable an better signal levels. Its used for Transfer HD (HD +) STB.

Since ur using a HD+ STB u should have got it along with ur connection

Anish bro thanks for reply. I could not get any super Lñb in my connection. I got simple a universal Lñb .when I go super Lñb mode many channels not coming. But can record 3 channels at a time.but when I go universal Lñb mode all channels are coming but recording incomplete or partial done .no simultaneous recording this time.is it a Lñb problem? If I use super Lñb is my problem will be solve? Amish bro I will be really grateful to you for your answer.

Yes bro. For transfer STB, super LNB is needed to power 3 tuners of the STB, regular LNB cannot power the STB.

Contact CC and tell them u have transfer STB and u got regular LNB not super LNB, also tell the issue ur facing

Why has Tata Sky removed Dhamaka Pack from self care portal? Unable to find it under change base pack option on their app. Anyone else facing this issue?
