as per ts cc there will be refund but there is diff department for that as i need to raise closure request then i would get call and they will tell the amount.

Refund would be minimal and they will take all of your STB's, please post the amount that they agreed for refund so that we will increase our knowledge.

Tata Sky is providing HD services at a very costly rate. Ignoring the consumers it is only seeking it's own profit. They are charging HD Access Fee and only allow the channels from base pack. Isn't this violation of our free choice. What if we don't want their dumb SD channels. Why they restrict our freedom of choice. Should we teach them a lesson by shifting to other DTH operator?

You should try Cable. Currently all mso may face this problem. However I can assure you that only cable and Tata Sky will remove channels like this. Others will have it in RIO. You can subscribe as a la carte.

Try shifting to airtel. You will get back the amount invested in few months as the packs are cheap.

I bought the connection but now I have realised that it is just too expensive. There is no portability in DTH sector. Okay.
