My TS LNB. Is it normal

Is it still working? How many years it has been since LNB is installed? It is surely not normal.

Installed on Feb 2016. Yes, it is working and I'm not facing any problem. Saw LNB today morning.

Once it gives low signal issue or any problem, call TS CC and they will replace it but since warranty is over it will be chargeable.

I live in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, I get signals on both the satellite INSAT 4 and GSat10, However I am not able to see all the channels. Whole sun network is not available, but Zee HD Tamil Vijay HD star channels are available. If anyone can put some light on it, I will be grateful. Also I can see only GSat10 test channel not the insat one

Highlighting (or promoting) and Exclusiveness are totally different things.
I didn't see the ad/banner. It might meant exclusive to 'Star' or TS 'Live TV'.
