Can anybody tell me my query!. Today I was requested to change my Tata Sky Account profile name. After chat with a executive person she made that change. But, now I am not able to 'Manage Packs' option in my account. There came a message "Sorry your request could not be proccessed, Please try again later". So, can you tell me how much time to take this. Hope someone help me.

Guys, can u please check if there is black volume bar or scroll added on Star Gold Select or Cineplex HD channel, i guess either of these will be shifted to LCN 329 or 330. I think some new FTA Hindi Movie channel is getting added again on LCN 340 or 341 shortly
