Earlier I could change my base pack immediately. For example, dhamal kids(350rs) upgrade to Ultra or Ultra pack downgrade to Any pack. There are no lock in period for 1 day. But, now I can't change pack immediately to other one there come 1 day lock period. My pack is now Bengali Hindi Family Kids with Ncf Total 365rs per month. If I want to change 'Bengali Hindi Sports Premium English' pack I can't because there come 1 day lock in period. Is this new Tata sky packs not same type earlier monthly packages i.e. Dhamaka, Dhammal, Sports, Bumper, Ultra?

Bro Same issue, Tv 18 Budget hindi Channels Are deactivate, Except Colors Hd, mtvhd and other showing subscribe option, Whats your status?

i also had a problem with them yesterday. Talked to CC. Today they are fine.
