Hello,

My old pack got expired on 03/02/2019 and account got deactivated then off. On 04/02/2019 I recharged with old package amount and selected new packs, within few seconds my new package activated on basis of my choice and in old package which I used as ultra and HD access fee as it costs me ₹750 but now it costs me only ₹563 with all required channels in HD.

Strange that they have not mentioned individual price of this channel on unsubscribed screen message. Either they will do so later or this is some technical error due to which channel is unavailable or this channel has been included in some base pack

Shall we change the packs whenever we want, any lockin period..? Because when we wont be at home for few days, shall we drop all HD channels and we can extend the validity.. ( we have 15 days tour this month )
