Did u asked why they are saying that it is a free service visit both in Ch 100 and Website ?:huh

Also Ts charged 170pm in my Tatasky HD presently these account having with my brother id i dnt no password to check transation details may be soon all custumers get these problem :angry

What happens is that sometime technician report falsely that they have replaced some parts to Tatasky which they never did, it happened once to me.
If u call Tatasky and say that technician didn't replace anything then they will refund your money as they did in my case

yeah bro the main looters are in tata sky are local technicians

in my area local technicians are doing black work if any tata sky user got any signal related problem then and he or she directly come to tata sky office to solve their problem so they are not registrating work order and taking rs100 in black and solving their problems :wall:(

That's why it is required to know the exact cause of the deductions registered in Tatasky.

Is it because of technician visit or replacing faulty parts ? Dileep bro try to know the exact cause and talk to higher authority if required. I think faulty parts replacement is registered in their logbook by technician :k

I have called CC to register No signal when this problem first rise few days back and there is no ad or message in website regarding free visit. So I was not sure whether I have to pay or not but still cc guy who took my complain told me that service visit will be free of cost
