That's why call CC even force them to forward your call to higher authority and ask them what is the reason behind this deduction ? parts replacement or only installer visit charge ?

but bro i found aborted stutas in my hd plus stb even yesterday its showed idle whts gonig on realy its so confusing

Still the update has not yet arrived on hd+ boxes its in trial and error basis so please wait for the update and if possible wait to let it happen automatically

yes sanjeev bro i agree with u becoz i update my stb manually twise but no update so now we can wait for automatically updation i scared if i do update manually again it will be damege stb

Its better not to manually update every time as it may harm the box so just stay out of that one time is preferable but doing it many times risk of getting it damaged
