Anybody Have Tata Sky Technicolor HD Box With Software Download ID 512?

If Yes Please Reply Me Needed For A Experiment!

I am on TS Technicolor HD Box but it's weird that couldn't check Software Download ID. When I click on System Settings>Device Details by box becomes unresponsive, no button works except power button, I have plugged out power twice but still same issue. Don't know what's the problem

I am on Tata Sky HD technicolor box. Previously I was able to view system details but now when I click on system details my whole UI freezes, no button works except power button. And to fix this there is no option other than unplugging the setup box from power source. I have tried manually updating the box but it didn't help.
Anyone else facing this problem. How to fix it shall I Master Reset?

Yes bro. I thought if any numbers show. But it shows like IDLE. And what s the meaning of this.
