Can't he login by putting Subscriber ID instead of RMN?
I think RMN is necessary

What message he receives after calling 088804 88804 from that number?
Not rcvd any msg by giving miss call on this number .
But called CC , he said Mobile number is registered with system but he can't able to solve my issue.
So he asked some silly questions , which browser you are using , the Wifi you are using is a office wifi or personal home wifi .
And then he registered a complaint and told problem will be solved within 24 hours.

He got msg that we are unable to process your request please give miss call from your Registered mobile number
But he gave missed call from his registered number only

Okay, it means that number is not registered. He is getting promotional messages because that number is added as alternate contact not RMN.

If he has Email address linked with Tata Sky then RMN can be easily updates by sending mail to [email protected] Otherwise we have to wait as your complaint is already registered.
 
@Optimus_Prime I get that same message like your friens on calling from numbers other than RMN.
