I have one doubt...
In some channels the volume bar is dark grey color while in some channels it is white... Why the difference?
 
Yesterday I recharged Tatasky thro CUB net banking. Money got deducted from my account and tatasky says error during transaction. Please provide the e-mail ID for escalation

Velu bro. Yesterday I recharged my neighbour's connection. It took hours for them to get access to pay channels. Also chat support was down.

You should escalate it with CUB also, I don't think that Tata Sky agents would be of any help if money is debited from account despite failed transaction.
