It's updating from 9 am & it's almost 40 minutes later it's still going same .

It's updating from 9 am & it's almost 40 minutes later it's still going same .

It usually takes about 5 minutes only, try restarting from the power source and do factory data reset. If STB is corrupted you have to schedule a technician visit.
