Edit: Got it. Since I had master reseted by box. It changed to default 0000.

Meanwhile recommendation channels are rubbish. Vh1 HD is literally on. Even I am on watching OTT services. But no. It had tovbe Max SD which I had just watched for 5 minutes in a whole year which is my Top 3 channel. I don't even buy SD channels unless it's on offer.

Even after 4 complaints and wasting time on their calls these Binge messages just don't stop. Can't even block the sender as they send important messages like OTP from same channel.

Finally it stopped when tweeted about it tagging Mr Harit Nagpal. Got quick response from senior executive and after two attempts they managed to disable it.

Star Gold HD +1 is not working properly for couple days. There are blank screen, video and audio are constany getting stuck. Meanwhile there needs to be a +1 logo on channels to avoid confusion.

My Tata Sky box when I accidentally switch to a non subscribed channel.

Today Binge Plus Pack Automatically got activated in my account and Rs299 got debited. I have raised the complaint.

I have talked to CC and they have assured me that I will get a refund before 15th December 2021.

But still could not understand I it got activated automatically.
