i press tata play remote any button this window of 'Not Available' show on my screen and after few second automatically hidden and then again i press Tata Play remote any button this window of 'Not Available' reflected again for few seconds why? can anyabody tell me what is the reson behind it?
this error is tata play or led tv

Its just because you paired wrong button with TV remote re pairing will solve the issue check the remote manual how to un pair and pair remote

i haven't paired any tv remote button but local mechanic repaired led backlights yesterday after that this happens in tv screen and i do not have led tv remote how to pair or unpair?

I don't think without LED remote you can pair or not but you can unpair it anytime.

Also if you have Redmi , Mi or POCO phone with IR blaster then Pair it (Mi Remote) with your TV and then with Tata Play.

Check your TV whether buttons on the TV are working or not if not talk to the mechanic and tell him about the issue

I am not able to use Customer care chat help. Since half hour it was kept showing 'Your queue position is 1'. Do anybody else facing the issue if anyone tried it recently?
