Maybe good bro but now it is looking very weird.

& I also saw a change in System Details. Earlier BOUQUET_NAME was HD Zapper & now it is Commercial Two.

Hmm some expect here like @Vadirocks can throw some light..what I feel your box is running a different software version

Buddy, as i can see issue is that wrong Bouquet ID has been activated on your DTH Account either due to some glitch or mistake thus restricting ur access to services....Request u to get intouch with customer care & ask them to activate HD Zapper Bouquet ID on ur DTH Account which will resolve the issue

Just now talked with Customer Care Bro, Customer Care is very much confused. They are just checking my account, Asking me to confirm my channels. Saying to activate other packs. That's all.

Don't know what to do.

Do your registered mobile number RMN have what’s app?if so just add +9118002086633 to your contacts and save as Tataplay.Then type REFRESH and send what’s app message to that number
