Buddy, as i can see issue is that wrong Bouquet ID has been activated on your DTH Account either due to some glitch or mistake thus restricting ur access to services....Request u to get intouch with customer care & ask them to activate HD Zapper Bouquet ID on ur DTH Account which will resolve the issue
