it is just a common sense. if channels ll not b added or has not been added, customer base tends to loose. we do not need any kind of proof for that.
also in our forum itself, many people have already moved to dish tv from tata adtv n dish tv n they themselves told it.

but still tata sky having 14 million customer base :lol

i think real since they are running dth from last 8-9 years not 2-3 years :s

rushil ji - both the things r different - what u said n wat i said.
if tata have had 2 crores customers then also the things wud not become same they ll remain different.
the same way sun dth said we have more than 1 crore customers. so wat.

but by the way its india not america people don't have much money to waste i don't think they will change thier dth for just

i am talking about lack of channels..not about upgradation issue..i know, many people switch to other dth, because of signal issue.

But u said, because of their attitude towards channel addition , they loose many customers.. I am asking proof for this

Yes they are showing attitude they can manage space for star channels then why not for other channels they are adding useless 4k channels and that too on 2 LCN but not bothered about other channels so is this not a attitude shown by tata sky and because of this many are frustated with them :angry:angry

According to TS, their subscriber base is 14 million. Suppose, if we take it as wrong, let us assume, their subscriber base is 10 million..(1,00,00,000)

Now, u are talking about ts users in our forum..our forum has 23,324 memers..how many of them are Tatasky users? Suppose for ursatisfaction, i consider 10,000. How much part is this, in total subscriber base? 0.001% very very less..how many of these 10,000 members of our forum are moved to other dth, because of less channel count? 8,000? 9,000?

ok bro. now i m using common sense though it is not common in every common people.
even if 1 member is going to other dth it means that tata is loosing its customer base.
out of 20000 members here 1 has left.
so we have around 5 crores people who have dth in india.
