May be they will add many channels in a single shot, that's why not removing.

Hi , I am facing signal problem in star movies, HBO, food food, history, star cj, big magic, . 3 days ago engg. Make a visit but he was as much stupid as it can be. I had specifically told him about the signal problem on these channels. But he was more interested in selling new lnb to me than solving my problem. He told the problem is in lnb only. So I told him to check with new lnb, but the problem did not get solved so changed to old lnb. Then he told that I will continue to face problem until lnb is changed. How that can be when even with new lnb the problem did not solved.
Secondally the channel number 080 is also facing problem. What should I do? How can I correct signal problem myself?

Satellite upgradtion is going on and technical visit to our home is free in that period.

but is there any rule that during this period if you are getting Channel no- 100 thn they'll not charge any amount from you??

but if you're not getting Channel 100 thn you have to pay Rs. 170 as a service charge???

cc told me to give service charge otherwise they'll not settle my no signal issue

okay thanks but i think i have to pay because from their side they have resolved the signal issue and free service charge advertisement is not running these days on home channels

but let me call them again
