okay thanks but i think i have to pay because from their side they have resolved the signal issue and free service charge advertisement is not running these days on home channels

but let me call them again

just tell them that my equipment is not faulty. Signal issue is from your end as u have advertised. So why should I pay ?

now cc is saying no need to pay.. there's no such rule this service is absolutely free

Sometimes the best solution is to disconnect the line and call again to speak to another CC representative. Some of them are pretty dumb.

When "History TV 18" added on TS, that time it was showing unsubscribe for me, I called cc, & Cc person told me that,
Sir this channel is not available in Tatasky,
"You are watching it from any other dth Privider"

If I subscribe to metro pack will I get Mtunes :hd because on Tata Sky website Mtunes is showing only in Sd and not in :hd ?
