No, I didn't use hard words. The lady tried but could not upgrade because of lock in period problem. I have sent a mail to the CEO with a copy to help desk.

My mail to CEO with cc to help desk and nodal officer worked .
Today I received at least three calls telling me about acceding to my request. My pack upgraded.

Did you change your pack while Tata Sky summer bonanza offer?
I had also taken j sat Offer but as I changed my pack the channel got dropped automatically.

Working fine here from last 3 hours and even in bad weather conditions..!!!
