1.If you want all :hd channels you need to pay 700+ per month.
2.Child connection subscription is 240 pm.
3.As per my knowledge 4 connection possible.

Sorry bro, I never used ADTV so it's difficult to do detailed...:k
Overall I found 2 demerits of Tata Sky :hd over ADTV :hd is :hd Channels quality in slightly lower than ADTV & :hd Access fee is the another demerit...:s

Also ADTV logo on channels is irritating while Tata Sky having a good looking transparent logo..
