RE: General discussion about TATA SKY
Was facing "No Signal" problem, 2 weeks ago. STB was out-of-warranty so it would have costed me 200rs for a Tata Sky technician service visit. So i took Annual Service Commitment. I had to pay 500rs. By that STB's warranty got extended to another 1 year.
Called the technician in the morning and he came within 2 hours. Fixed my Problem. After few days, i noticed that still there was a slight signal problem on regional channels. On Monday, again called the technician. Now everything is working fine.
For the 500rs that i have paid, i have already called the technician 2 times. Do the math. :lol
