Suddenly got "No signal" message on all channels.

I guess Dish moved a little during heavy rain and wind. Dish was earlier fixed on a marble. Now the technician has fixed it on terrace wall.

Guys I'm using ultra +hd access fee package. Now I'm going to change my package into Paltimun hd pack annually. Before modify this new package I've some questions hopefully u guys help me for it

1.ultra+ hd access fee channels more than platinum hd packages ?
2.platinum HD packages is included hd access fee or I've to recharge hd access fee to watch HD channels?
3 . platinum hd packages offering wacth free showcase movies in annually?

No. You don't need to pay hd access fee for platinum packs. Its waived off for the pack subscribers.

Showcase all movies free of cost for annually?

Yes. As mentioned on TS site -> Free Showcase movies: Avail of free Showcase titles as per the term of the pack

Only limited count of showcase movies is free not all. I think 6 movies is free for annual pack
