I Want to downgrade my pack from Ultra Plus to Sports pack what is procedure? I have already paid 1 year Amount for same pack can I downgrade pack and get excess amount in my Available balance?

But can we downgrade pack is there some locking period in TS? In D2H I had changed my pack after 1 month is this same applicable in TS?

As per the latest policy of TS, lock-in period is only applicable for Long duration packs...

Channel addition nov first week ya 15 nov ke baad

Tata Sky CC Says for Upgrading pack der is no Locking period but to downgrade pack there is locking period

Not stupidity..:no they are giving semi-annual & annual packs at discounted prices. So they added lock-in period for long duration packs...:k

FYI there is no lock-in period for a la carte / add-ons and package upgrade / downgrade (except semi-annual or annual pack). All other operators have lock-in period for channels...:k

:no Same is not applicable in D2h, I changed from Platinum HD pack to New Gold Sports after 1 month and got additional balance in my A/c.
