How to calculate the subscription periods?

I have a new Tatasky HD connection on 16-12-2016 with one month Utrapack free. Now I take MultiTV connection on 28-12-2016, which has one month free subscription. my main connection will work on 14-01-2017. But the second connection will end on 26-01-2017.

The Subscription amount of per day is calculated as:

Price of Monthly Pack multiplied by `12 divided by 365.

Cost of Ultra Pack: 560rs

So, 560 multiplied by `12 divided by 365 = 18.41

18.41 is your Daily Subscription.

Shall I pay subscription From 15-01-2017 to 26-01-2017 for main connection only?

Yes, if you want you can do a recharge for only 12 days, that is from 15th to 26th.

Yes, why have they added Kids pack along with Ultra Pack ?

Contact CC and tell them to remove it.

If you are subscribed to only ultra pack it should be 18.41 x 12 = 220.92 (221)


But if you have subscribed to any other add-on pack then the price will be different.

Don't think so.

The amount must be deducting from your account 'on per day basis'


Check your account on mytatasky.com. From there you can know how much they are charging you.

The representative told me that kids pack is freely activated for the new connection with ultrapack. From next month onwards, he asked me to remove the kids pack. Very strange?. I have taken a new HD connection on 16-12-2016 as you know.

If it's Free then No issues. But anyways you will get those channels with or without the kids pack.

Remember to remove the pack from your account after the free period is over :tup

Edit: I think you got this offer. The offer is that with every new connection, subscribers will get free kids pack.

Yes, from 15th Jan till 26th Jan you need to pay only for Ultra Pack.

From 27th Jan you need to pay for Ultra Pack + Multi Tv pack. :tup
