I need help.
If I book TS online, how can I choose regional pack? Is the regional package chargeable?
I need Bangla channels in Ultra package.

No changeable bro as 2 free regional pack you'll get which you choose :k

During order there is no option for two free regional pack choice?

If no option, post order you can avail easily by talking to CC. They are pretty helpful.

Today I took TS connection.
i paid 1800/- for the connection.
So when i checked balance, its showing due date recharge is 21/01/2017.
Let me know wthr its correct. Im confused becoz while booking, it clearly stated that ill get 1 month free viewing.
Guys, let me know wthr shld I recharge it now?

Normally it may take some time to update your account. You can enquire the same with cc in the number given by Sarfaraz bro...

Actually in STB its not updated but when I checked in mytatasky, its showing feb 19.
Now m feeling relaxed.

STB does shows via last alert received when you do any transaction.. So your STB shown old info, may be first activation recharge without 1 month free top up...
