today @ 10.30AM i was watching TV, and the signal went off for a minute, and came back. Both signal strength and signal quality were 0. Its sunny outside, any one knows what can be the reason ??? and is this normal ??? Any one else faced this issue.

i have faced such issues before. they turn off tp and on again, in few minutes all comes back to normal. so its not much inconvenience for anyone unless any important news gets missed. you can search and find there are many users who faced sudden signal gone and back in their ts connections.

It happens sometimes, don't know the reason only their technical department knows this...:shy
