Meanwhile my Pace HD+ pvr has become very very slow. Late booting, late epg loading....Sd stb was super fast.

I will advise you to wait for new box launch. Hd transfer would be a downgrade, not upgrade.

Guys the trick of activating HD access fee and calling CC after 2-3 days to deactivate it quoting high price didn't work for me. They didn't offer 3months @99 to me like many of you.
Disappointed.

At time of deactivating they will ask you why are you dropping.
Then give them reply as " It is not beneficial for me".
After that they will decide about discount offer, but for that requires some luck:shy.

I told them that price is very high & i watch only 1 or 2 hd channel, so it is not useful for me. So he gave me DMP HD offer, I said that too is high, he said then drop.
