I know Sony Pal FTA but it depends on DTH service providers.

For example Tata Sky charges for DD channels A La Carte. While Govt has ordered to provide all DD channels in all packages which they are doing.

One will not go for A La Carte only pack if his mental condition is ok. So they price all these channels at a cost which doesn't even make sense.
