I THINK THE GANG OFF ASSES SHOULD DO PLAUGH IN THE FIELD AND TO ASSIST THE FARMERS DURING THIS MONSOON, INSTEAD OF DESTROING PUBLIC MONEY.

isro is doing a details study for gslv and has not yet decided which date they are launching the sat
most probabley it may be schedule for next month because gsat 7 is to be launch on 30 aug

Vehicle is move in study centre. They will find the problem, fixing, testing and then assembling. Minimum 2 to 3 months.
