Off topic : How come you all get such jerk LCO? I have had 2 LCOs'. Both are nicest people I have ever come across. I have seen people pay after 6-7 months infront of me without him complaining even once. He also upgraded my box with a recorder for free. Only reason I switched to DTH is because of poor planning by my MSO.
