Nt necesarily as such in D2h..simply get in,chat,come out!if its account related then u might b asked to provide account info else nt requird frequently!

9:30am till 5pm Monday-Saturday!, Yesterday I try to create installation request but it is showing on 9.30 To 5 Pm and :angry Customer care number is useful after 5 pm and sunday .

the chat option is not working. it is telling that all d2h csa are busy and you can mail them for any query.
