plz guys i need ur support to resolve this issue, when they call u tell them that audio on the chs mentioned in list is in poor quality and it needs to b rectified from uplink centre, tell them to compare audio parameters of movies now sd which is running in good audio quality to the audio parameters of these chs

finally got intouch with uplink centre team and got the issue resolved. actually i had to get the tech terms used to refer to this issue which was causing the problem from airtel uplink centre head and i then forwrded a mail to customer service officer who forwarded my mail to uplink centre.
will have to also check out if they removed pseudo 5.1
