If it is true then they should be ashamed of them.

It is really shameful,here non one uses pan.
In Ludhiana city,it is easy to see Upans,Biharis than a Sardar.
Last month, i went to Ludhiana city,and i felt like out of Punjab.Share of Sikhs has reduced by nearly 12-18%.

Plz don't generalize UP & Bihar with Hindi belt, we are from Hindi belt (M.P.) also but we have nothing to do with chhat.
