Discussion Has anyone successfully modified their D2H package?

Can't modify my package. The cc guy says that you are a multi tv subscriber and that's why you are not allowed to change your package. The pack change facility is not yet open for multi tv customers. Whenever the facility available you will be informed visa sms.

When will they resolve for multi tv, no time line, just wait until they update software

Don't know what their IT team is doing. They were first amongst who were ready to go with TRAI rule but....

If any update please let me know. I am not able to add ss HD 1 through Web site or through cc. Called cc many times but they said not able to add use your Web login, if I login immediately it displays "we have already taken your request" , from past 5 days same message appearing

How I can activate Jaya TV. I have activated other three Jaya Channels but not Jaya TV.

If you are still facing such problem then contact cc or PM me i vl change your pack/channel from dealer app.
