Good News Hathway giving freedom to choose 1st NCF channels

I've come across many threads started in name that they switched TATA Sky or some other DTH from hathway bcoz it's not giving freedom to choose the remaining 74 channels from 1st NCF 153?
But, that's not true my cable operator is allowing me to do so.

There is no option to deselect the channels from the FTA channel list in hathway website.
Customer care does not respond well.
Local cable operator does not update
