HBN channel added by Videocon D2H at LCN 139

This channels is now running as HBN(Test channel)
and looking totally crap channel .

Same 'Test Channel' Tag is also running on Samaya News,Janasri and T News..but don't know why...

Since lot of channels are adding day by day they may not have completed the testing fully......They will remove the tag soon ...I think so....
