PQ and AQ are awesome in full Dolby Digital. Great going Tata Sky. Hope remaining HD channels are also added soon and complete the TS HD offering at the earliest.

Are PQ/AQ parameters also specified by broadcaster that needs to be enforced by DTH provider just like price of the channel?
IS PQ/AQ is same for all HD/3D channels?
