The phone number posted by Pallab is 100% correct. I had given a missed call to same number and in turn received a message that Tata sky representative would soon get in touch with me. The next day I got a call seeking my confirmation regarding said offer of HD Access fee@₹99/- for 90 days which I readily accepted.
