HD channels audio too much low

After new software updates all :hd channel's audio gone too low. As compare SD channel :hd channel's audio too much low. This problem starts after new SW updates. What's the solution for this problem??

Today I called TS CC regarding this issue. They arrange technician visit to my home tomorrow. They said if the problem persist from my STB end then I have to pay Rs. 200 for technician visit, otherwise visit will be free of cost. Lets see what will happen tomorrow.

TS CC all are mad. I am Bilkul nakhush with their behavior about this issue.

yeh baat maan ne ke liye CC taiyar hi nhi hai(even senior CC executive also). They staying their own argument, this problem is not from TS end. They said, if this problem happen from ts end, sure their technical team inform them. They are too much mad. ? ?
