It's not a question of not replying anymore. I had contacted their distribution team Indiacast a month back about the same. Post the reply from their official Twitter handle and the conflicting information from the forum members here, I sent a follow up reminder to Indiacast last night and this morning they replied that they have a HD channel.

Here is the mail exchanges below. So I go by forum rules and always rely on source based information where the broadcaster is the primary source but if they give wrong information like in this case then I get it re verified from other sources. That's why I don't post or open any thread unless it's source based and verified information.

Epic HD channels is available from the broadcaster. You can check with Videocon when the channel will be available on the platform.

Epic don't have any SD feed on c band,
Only HD feed is available on IS 20,
4185 V 21600.

So now it's confirmed that SD channel is Downscaled from :hd version :tup
