It's showing correct ID and Bal bro, arre yeh kya HDaapa chal raha hai, it's driving me nuts...feel like pulling my hair!

I mailed them, lets see what happens. My ac never got deactivated has sufficient balance so I wonder what's happening.

Btw I just noticed an interesting thing, when this Error Popup comes, in the background which is barely visible my Account ID is different and balance showing O. Is it possible that they might have linked my RMN to some inactive account. If so why?

Another Interesting thing with My HD pack is that if we can edit without restrictions if any new HD channel added no need for FPP or need to get added to max HD or any packs we can have freedom to activate and deactivate within our MY HD pack.Both Infinity & HD my pack were great things may change the course of DTH plans and give tough competition to anyother DTH.

im using A-la-carte package. iam not able to add myhdpack. it shows error.
any one help!!..

cc person told change to some other base pack.

my question is
1, if change to my99pack it is possible to add my hd pack?
2, From a-la-carte pack any possible to add my hd pack?

Not working in alacarte (FTA-Special) base pack. Changing base pack will help but I haven't tried.

max hd pack is still ok, but lower packs... say rs.80 for 4 hd chnls.. is not proportionately gud as compared to max hd.

but yes, its better than the existing pack, in d way, that it gives d flexibility of choosing d channels under max hd n other packs. So, its better...

but nothing can beat infinity pack :nj

20/hd channel is costly :huh .. Ex) we can get 4 ss channels @ 80/m .. Whereas in sd version each channel cost 60/m .. All customers requirements are not 225 pack .. Ex) if i was a hd customer means i dont need all hd channels especially regional channels my requirements are sports and english movies channels only so for that 20+ hd channels 180 pack more than enough for me and that too with no lockin period in dbr basis .. Itz not a gud pack :huh .. I bet u No one dth can give or infact thing to give like this pack ..
