Thanks! I kept on clicking that 'x' symbol of error popup menu continously and got past that message and I saw a different AC ID which was same as mine but last three digits were different. So, I clicked that Account ID and a drop down menu appeared, below that unknown ID was my account ID. Then I clicked that and all my info like name, balance loaded and so was able to subscribe.
