just got called from cc after mailing them regarding this & they told for upgrade you have to recharge for Rs.999 & than again call cc for upgrade they will deduct Rs.999 from account & upgrade to new setup box..Inshort there is no free upgrade.This advertise is misleading customers...wallangry:angry:angry:angry

bro u also file a case against this type of ad. i m sure that they give better solution for your complain. write a strong mail.

bro u write that they will deduct rs.999 for your account. but they confirm you that rs.999 cut in your balance huh
if yes so no issue... but if no they give refund balance.
