I am in KSA and need your help. I bot the airtel stb here locally but no subscription is over and i do not have access to the customer id or the RTN. I want to renew my subscription and cannot renew it without these two.

Kindly assist. I saw your post not to post card no. and stb no online, how can i get your help. My children are now not able to watch their favorite cartoon channels.
